All orders in the contiguous United States ship free and typically arrive within 7-14 business days with our Standard shipping option. Orders are shipped via USPS, Fedex, or UPS depending on the item(s) selected and delivery address.

Orders will be accepted through this site 24/7, 365 days a year. Shipping times are impacted by normal normal business hours (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST) and observed holidays.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Expedited shipping is currently available to U.S. customers only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on live rates from UPS or FedEx and product weight information.

**Expedited orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. EST for same day shipping. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST M-F will ship on the next business day**

DELIVERY TO ALASKA, HAWAII, APO, PO BOXES, & U.S. TERRITORIES:

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, PO boxes, or U.S. territories are sent via the United States Postal Service and typically carry a longer shipping timeframe. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for these addresses except for Expedited orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on live rates from the United States Postal Service or DHL and product weight information. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders and tracking information is limited.

**All taxes, tariffs and other customs fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the receiver. The shipping cost for international destinations does not include these fees**

RETURN POLICY:

We accept returns on most unopened and unused items offered in our online storefront. Customers are responsible for all return shipping coordination and expenses. Returned merchandise must arrive in the original sealed factory packaging within 30 days of delivery and is subject to evaluation and approval upon arrival. Merchandise which does not comply with these conditions will be discarded without refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Wallpaper samples, fabric samples, cut fabric, and Sale items are not eligible for returns.

CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES:

We unfortunately cannot accept cancellations under any circumstances once an order has been placed. Orders are automatically processed and distributed to the appropriate supplier within 15-30 minutes of payment in order to ensure timely order processing and shipment for our customers. We cannot honor exchanges other than those pertaining to damaged merchandise.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion due to any of the following reasons: fraud detection, insufficient stock, and invalid or undeliverable shipping addresses.
